Capabilities
Every step that decides how a handle looks and holds — casting, polishing, plating, assembly — happens on one floor, under one quality system.
Our own die-casting, tumbling and polishing lines keep zamak 3 and zamak 5 handles consistent. No subcontracted plating means no colour drift between batches.
Each model is static-load tested at 150 kg per pair and cycle-tested on real coffin panels before release, so it performs on the day that matters.
Gold, silver, antique bronze and red bronze are checked against a retained master sample, with ΔE ≤ 1.5 on every production run.
Electroplated and PVD finishes pass 96 hours of neutral salt spray, protecting handles through humid sea freight and long warehouse storage.
Custom drawings, new moulds in 20 days, laser logo marking, private-label cartons and matched handle-cap sets — all handled under one roof.
MOQ 1,000 pcs per model, 30-day lead times, free samples, FOB Shenzhen or DDP to your door, in cartons sized for LCL consolidation.
Product range
Eight models covering a complete coffin build — metal bars, rocker handles, Irish rings, half-moon shells, plastic, crucifixes and corners. Mix them in one container: every finish comes off the same plating line.

Our flagship European handle — the egg pattern is cast into the bar, not applied on top of it.

A pivoting handle that drops flat, so caskets can be stacked without pressing on the bar.

The volume model: a solid cast bar that takes the hardest handling at the lowest unit cost.

A ring handle for Irish-style coffins — the shape that market asks for by name.

A lighter half-moon shell that keeps the ornate silhouette at a lower unit cost.

The cost-down option for volume lines — roughly 80% lighter than cast zamak.
Applications
From paulownia export coffins to polished steel caskets, the same fittings are specified across very different builds.

Bar and bead handles sized for 200–230 mm walls, with M6 inserts and screw packs supplied ready for the assembly line.

Zamak bar handles and rocker fittings that seat flush on flat steel and aluminium panels without distorting the shell.

Complete kits — handles, caps, screws, corners and crucifixes — in one matched finish, boxed per casket.

Small-format roses, ball fittings and M6 inserts for urns, keepsakes and memorial display stands.
How we work
A fixed five-step path with a named contact at each stage. You always know which step your order is on.
Send a drawing, a sample or a reference photo. We confirm material, finish, quantity and target price.
Our engineer returns a dimensioned drawing and an itemised quotation, including tooling if a new mould is needed.
Pre-production samples are made on the actual mould and shipped for your sign-off, with a retained colour master.
Casting, polishing, plating and assembly run on dedicated lines, with in-process checks every two hours.
AQL 2.5 inspection, photo report before dispatch, then FOB, CIF or DDP delivery with export cartons.
The factory
We started in 2010 as a die-casting workshop supplying local coffin makers. Fifteen years later the same family runs 12,000 m² of casting, polishing, plating and assembly in Zhongshan — and still signs off every new handle model by hand before it ships.
